I believe the most important part of therapy is feeling comfortable, seen, and safe with your therapist. That means creating a space where you can show up as you are, and where I show up as my authentic self-alongside you.
I work with women, teens, couples, and families navigating trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, relationship challenges and difficult life experiences. Together we explore patterns, process experiences, and build a stronger sense of self and connection.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and guided by attachment, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and feminist principles. I walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, make sense of the influences that have shaped it, and connect with the parts of yourself that seek safety and connection.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you but about supporting growth, self-understanding, and choice, helping you connect more fully with yourself and in your relationships.
If my approach resonates, I invite you to take the first step toward your healing journey and reach out for a consultation.
I offer in-person sessions in San Francisco, and virtually all throughout California.
Individual therapy offers a steady, private space to be your true self. Together, we slow down and gently explore what you’ve been carrying. The expectations, the past experiences, the inner critic, the parts of you that long for something different. Our work is thoughtful and collaborative, helping you deepen self-trust, strengthen your voice, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Beneath conflict is often a desire to feel chosen, valued, and emotionally safe. Couples therapy creates a contained and supportive space to understand what is happening beneath the surface. We move beyond blame and into deeper awareness of each partner’s needs, fears, and protective patterns. As insight grows, so does the possibility for softer conversations, renewed connection, and a more secure, intimate bond.
Family therapy provides a grounded space where each person can be heard and understood with care. Rather than focusing on one “identified problem,” we look at how everyone is impacting and being impacted by the relational dynamic. Together, we strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and cultivate a family environment that feels more connected, respectful, and resilient.
Rates for individual sessions start at $180. Couples and family sessions start at $225.
